Shipping 

All products are shipped from the nearest fulfillment center available. Our goal is to ship your product within 24-48 of placing your order. Should you have any questions or requests, please write to us at care@kaff.in and we will get in touch with you. 

As soon as a courier partner has been allocated to your order, you will get a notification on sms or email address provided with the tracking number and the courier partner name. You will also get an invoice on your email address with the shipment details. 


To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in the instructions email once you write to us for a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over Rs 10,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
