Bought this as a replacement for 11 year old Panasonic on recommendation from Which. I was happy with the picture and the sound. Not having the manual at the start was annoying, as I had to download 154 pages from the internet. However, got the set up OK and watched a program, checked out the recording and it seemed fine. Then the TV started to run really slowly in response to the remote. It became unusable, reported to Customer Service. Eventually I managed to get the into a state where I could do a reinstall, took me about an hour, after the reinstall it has worked fine - I just hope that the problem does not re-occur!
